Ashleigh Gale is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. She has had previous experience in a hospital setting in both acute, rehabilitation and community-based environments dealing with a wide range of patient groups in areas such as; Gastroenterology (gut motility, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Diverticulitis and Coeliac Disease), Orthopedics (Malnutrition, nutrient deficiencies), Renal (Chronic Kidney Disease and Dialysis nutrition), Oncology and Diabetes. ​ Along with weight loss, diabetes management, gut health; she also has a very keen interest in sports nutrition. Ashleigh has experience in coaching in various sports and transfers that passion of assisting people achieve their goals into her dietetic practice, utilising evidence-based methods and up to date nutrition information to give patients the best opportunity to succeed.
